I also thought that it is impossible to fulfill all the medical school requirements and have an opportunity to get into a good college. I do not come from a well up family but my determination and hard work helped me get enrolled into a medical school. It can also happen to you. Do not give up easily. Although the coaching profession is relatively young, there is some confusion regarding the various disciplines. Until today there are no universally accepted definitions.

“What’s the difference between an Executive Coach and a Business Coach?” I am often asked.

As an Executive Coach, I am hired by corporations to work with their Directors, Vice Presidents, Managing Directors, or other senior leaders.
